You’re playing to small ……It’s time to Play BIGGER
by Elizabeth Sanchez on 05/14/13
Now is the time to get up and show the world what you have in store for them. You are here for a bigger purpose than what you have been playing. You are a Magnificent being and not enough people have heard or been touched by your magnificence. The pen is in your hand write the story that you want your life to look like. What if you could do and be anything that you could dream. Let your thoughts go back to when you would day dream as a child or a teenager before life got in the way and the naysayers stopped you from dreaming big.
It’s a normal day in your magnificent life. As you wake up, what are the first few activities of the day? How do you feel as you rise to the occasion? How do you spend your day? What do you do for a career? Who does it impact the most? Who are your favorite people to spend quality time with and what do you do when you are with them? What does your bank statement look like? What are you going to do with the extra money you have each month? Who is able to benefit and how can that money help them change their life path? How do you feel physically and mentally? You have absolute total control over your life right now. Make the story sound and feel like a fairytale come true. There is no wrong answer, its your story let go of the resistance to really dream and begin to manifest what you really want in your life.
Just by having a clear picture of what you want your life to look and feel like but most importantly how it’s going to impact your future because you will inspire your magnificence to come alive. Stop being the undercover change agent barely touching enough people with your gifts. You are put here to change and inspire others for greatness. Let go of the excuses, blame and shame for what has happened to you that has brought you to this point in your life. Yesterday’s happenings is a thing of the past, today is what matters. Make peace with moving forward and letting go of the victim role because you can’t walk into your future with a ton of bricks weighing you down. Cut the cords and free yourself from the negativity that stores in your head.
Bring passion into your life with the things that bring you the most joy. Start making a living out of the things that bring you the most happiness in your life.
· Strategy Plan - List 5 ways that you can get your message out to the world consistently. Focus on 3 strategies to reach out to the masses with the least amount of resistance.
· Who needs your products – make a list of how you can help them
· Surround yourself with greatness – who inspires you, who has huge vision and is living their dream
· Create your purpose statement – post it everywhere to remind you to stay in alignment for magnificence
It is easy to get derailed for your mission. Make it a priority that this does not happen to you because your “why” is so big that you will not stop until you have gotten your message out in a BIG way. Keep your goals and dreams on paper and look at them everyday several times a day. Protect them and yourself from the naysayers. Adopt the NO MATTER WHAT ATTITUDE and do something everyday that gets you closer to your magnificence.
Turn your dreams into a reality!
by Elizabeth Sanchez on 05/07/13
It’s common to hear children talk about their dreams. As a child you probably had dreams about getting married, how many kids you would have, the kind of dogs that would be apart of your family, where you would travel. You name it if you could dream it, you had it all under control. Soon adult life set in and we left our dreams back in grade school. We fell into a coma waiting for the princess to be kissed by the frog to wake up into the fairytale life we all wanted and believed to come true. It’s ok to dream as an adult, now is the best time to wake those dreams and do something to turn them into reality. What if you turned your “Can’t” into “Can” where would it take you, just imagine the possibilities of what your life could have in store for you.
Come on the journey with me and ignite your dreams again.
Start by giving yourself permission to dream again. You may feel like someone may laugh at you or doubt your dreams. It’s common to have dream-stealers in your life. They poke fun at you for taking a risk to even state what you want to have come true. Keep your dreams in a safe place by not sharing them with the dream-stealers. If time and money where not an option and you had the opportunity to do anything you wanted, what would you do? Would you change careers? Who is surrounding you in this dream? What kind of lifestyle are you enjoying with this dream? What are the feelings you have because of achieving this dream?
Get real with yourself. Is this a real dream or is it just a day- dream? The simple way to identify if this is a real dream is to imagine living it day in and out. Is that really what you want or would you just thinking it would be nice to visit. You may think it would be your dream to own a house on a beautiful beach front in Hawaii until you get real with yourself on how it would feel to live so from the main land and the expense it would take to be able to afford keeping up that house or traveling to see your family on the mainland.
Does your dream excite you? When you are willing to stand on roof -tops sharing your dream with everyone, having confidence that you will achieve it no matter what is what I mean to be excited about your dream. Once you have taken ownership, share it with people who will help you achieve and take action on your goals.
If your dreams don’t feel right don’t quit dreaming just go back and discover a new dream. There are endless possibilities of having many of your dreams come true. The key to living a joyful and exciting journey is to make sure you don’t hang out in mediocrity. Keep things exciting by surrounding yourself with inspiration. Take vacations and day trips to locations that make you feel good. Hang out with individuals who aspire to dream big and take action on living big. You have magnificence within you, let it out and live your best life starting today!
Awesome Sales Techniques to help you Close the Sale Everytime!
by Elizabeth Sanchez on 04/29/13
Stop Selling and Start Helping
We are all in business to make money. There is something very powerful when there is an exchange of cash for your product or service. Many of us don’t get into business to do sales. Selling isn’t even our strong point. We get into business because we have a passion about what we do and want to share it with others. Most business owners don’t have any idea how to sell but are very aware of the horrible feeling of being “sold” to and not wanting to be “salesy”. In the many years as a business owner, I have never sold a thing. That’s because I believe that people buy what they want to purchase. It’s my job to inform them so they can make an educated conscious decision on what it is that I am offering. There are several techniques that I have taught many sales reps and consultants to sell from the heart that has resulted in them earning top sales rewards in their industries.
Start with Helping: When you present your product with the thought of being helpful you will come across as an authentic individual who is providing the solution to a problem and not just trying to make a sale.
Share Results: People always love to hear a good story. Share testimonies in your presentation. This helps your audience identify how others gotten the results that they are looking to achieve. When using stories be sure to weave them into the presentation sharing the possibilities when they use your products or services.
Fill in the Gap: Identify how you can be the solution to their problem by discovering what they need most. When you listen more than you speak its magical how you are able to reveal how your products become their solution. This step takes the pressure out of the sale and potential clients makes the decision for themselves to become your client/customer.
When you believe that you hold in your hand the key solution that can make someone’s life better by saving them time, giving them more confidence and clarity that they are making a good decision. You position yourself as the provider of help. This is when the transaction occurs, money is exchanged and everyone is happy. Recognize that you are not a sales person or a business owner you are a person who holds the answer to help someone change their life with an amazing transformation because of your gifts. Go out and try your new sales presentation with the thought of help along with loving your success stories.

Big Hairy Mess up!
by Elizabeth Sanchez on 04/21/13
It’s not the fall the fail or the set back, it’s about the come back
Nobody really likes to admit or be reminded of the failures. You know those big screw-ups, the embarrassing moments that you just wish you could hit delete and they would all just go away. It’s easy to sweep them under the carpet with hopes of them never surfacing its ugly head. The problem is that many of us walk around with these failures and they are causing us to create behaviors that don’t serve us for the higher good. You may have gone through some bad business adventures that cost you a lot of money and time, made some poor choices in a relationship, made an investment that turned out to be a flop, said some things that probably could have been left unsaid. It’s ok we all have experienced many of these situations in a lifetime. It’ s not about the fail what it is really about is what you learn from the situation.
For many people it’s really difficult to embrace your faults and find positive in negative situations. It’s completely understandable to have a hard time embracing getting into a bad business deal or a horrible relationship. What I want to help you discover how to see the good that came from each negative situation and how you can use it for your advantage rather than your disadvantage living a victim of circumstance.
What I been teaching with great results to give my clients a new perspective removing the fail and replacing it with victory are few steps. Take some time with this exercise exploring how the situation has impacted your life with fears based thoughts and self-defeating behaviors.
Lets get to work and turn the negative into a BIG Positive!
1) Identify your BIG Hairy MESS Up: Nobody needs to hear it, identify and write it down. Throw the paper away when done with this exercise so you never have to address it again.
2) What did you learn?: I believe that with every negative there is a positive. What positives can you find from the situation. With each situation ask yourself; What’s the lesson? , Is there a message? Did I pass the test? This helps break down the mess up into a category. The universe is sending us situations to see how we handle them. Each downfall helps us evolve into a more positive, understanding and patience individual.
3)
Look for
Patterns in your Behavior: Take notice if you’re consistently getting into
similar situations but just with different people. It’s apparent that is a pattern
of making poor choices taking you no where. Stop ignoring your gut feeling,
this time will not be any better than the last experience. Use your past
mistakes as radar to help you from getting into the same situation in the
future.
You may find resistance to doing this exercise, after all nobody likes to address weakness or vulnerability. However if you are experiencing anger, frustration or resentment these feelings may be a result from a past experience. Now is the best time to clear the air so you can go onto living your best life. Your future is waiting for you to show up! Embrace your failures with love and move welcome a bright new you.
Creating Boundaries in your Business
by Elizabeth Sanchez on 04/16/13
All day long we are being tugged at with so many forms of communication. We have facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, emails and voicemails to respond to our clients and prospects. It seems like we are working around the clock non-stop. The frustration is that you went into business for freedom and you have become a slave to your what it takes to service existing clients along with attracting new clients into the pipeline. Each day you are faced with frustrations, sometimes even the dreadful pit in your gut when the phone rings with fears of what demands may come from answering the call.
Setting boundaries doesn’t need to be difficult, it just takes making small changes in the way you conduct your daily activity. These boundaries will give you more focus and freedom to grow your business without all the chaos. Test these simple but very effective policies for at least 30 days and discover what kind of results you gain in your personal and professional life.
Implement Customer Care Policies: Set the tone by telling your clients how you work when to expect your call. Follow the standard of promise long and deliver short. When you deliver to your clients before they anticipate you come out shinning with incredible customer service.
Set specific business hours: Many business owners that don’t work from a brick and mortar facility work random hours with very little structure of when you’re open for business and when your doors are closed. Set hours that you specifically work with clients, met with prospects and attract new clients. If you where to call a doctors office they would not tell you pick a random time to come in to be seen by the doctor. Let your clients know when you are available for them.
Correspond with Clients and prospects at specific times: Set hours to answer facebook, email and phone messages. Be sure to leave this on your voicemail letting them that you will respond during specific hours. Respond to emails only during specific times of the day rather than as they come in which becomes very distracting. Studies have shown that multitasking is not as efficient as just focusing and completing a task before starting another.
It’s never to late to pull back the reigns on what seems to be an out of control schedule and create boundaries that give you the freedom that you where looking to achieve when you got into business in the first place. Begin by creating boundaries that feel right for you. Trust that your clients will respect you and support you with your changes. In the end you will probably notice that you are much more organized, have better customer service and more time to grow your business allowing you to do what you love to do.
Take Decisive Action Moving Forward in life and business
by Elizabeth Sanchez on 04/05/13
Many years ago working as a waitress in a resort in Arizona taught me so valuable life lessons. Having been raised a fast-paced New Yorker, quick decisions was a way of life and sometimes a survival mechanism. Imagine the life lesson of learning patients when waiting on customer who just couldn’t make up his mind. It took all of me to not make the decision for him just so I could get to the other starving customers in the restaurant. You probably have gone out to dinner with one of these indecisive types of people. They hold up the entire order because they just can’t decide, you want so badly to order for them.
Indecisive actions or lack of slows our progress down. We could be on target hitting our goals in so many areas of our life or business until we hold off on making one decision. It sends messages out to the universe by saying, “ Not really sure what I want, I don’t like change, not clear if I am totally committed” Ironically when we don’t take decisive action the universe tends to send us clients who also don’t take decisive action. They seem really interested in what you have to offer, claim they want the end result but for some reason they’re just afraid to jump in with both feet. Great opportunities had been coming your way but recently have come to a screeching halt. This is the cause of uncertainty of what you really want your future to hold.
Today is the day to step it up and make a change!
Take Imperfect Action: What is on your desk that has been waiting for your attention? You may be hesitating to call a potential client who expressed interest in your services. Maybe you have a project that you have been putting off because you don’t think that you have all the skills or knowledge. Try it, you may just find that you can figure it out. Bottom line is JUST TAKE ACTION!
Practice Making Quick Decisions: If you are the kind of person who ponders things for so long. Try out making a quick decision even if it is as simple as ordering lunch. Make a decision and stick with it. Do the happy dance and celebrate the fact that you can take decisive action.
Trust yourself: When it comes to making important decisions, trust that you have it within you to make the right decision and you will be happy with the end result. We all have the answers within in us, use intuition to guide you to the right choices.
Congratulations, just by following these simple steps you will free yourself from worry and doubt. You will probably find that you have more time to work on more important projects that need your expertise and attention. And best of all, you’ll begin to attract individuals who are ready, able and willing to work with you propelling you into a bright future of amazing opportunities.
Success doesn’t happen alone
by Elizabeth Sanchez on 03/31/13
You may be in business for yourself but you can’t find success by yourself. Every successful person has accomplished success with a team. In order to gather your team they need to know your dream before they partner with you. They may be your customers, your sales & marketing team, your virtual assistant or your family. When they understand and believe in your dream they will do what ever it takes to help you get to your destination.
My client Frank was running a seemingly successful insurance firm. He was hand selecting his dream team. From the outside everything looked like it was falling into place, however on the inside his teammates where all rowing in a different direction. The company was in complete chaos heading down the road for failure. Something needed to change fast. They had more business than they knew what to do with but not enough systems in place to handle it all. The two owners where working endless hours in survival mode. We discussed options to cultivate a winning team getting everyone on board moving in the same direction so they could provide a healthy environment to work.
Here are some of the tips we implemented in Franks business. Use these same tips to build your dream team.
Connect with their emotions: People react with feelings and emotions. They want to be connected to your dream with an emotion. Your teams feelings and emotions will bring your mission to life when they understand and believe in it.
Sell Yourself: People but into you before they will even listen to your mission. They want to know your story and what lead you to the place you are now. They want to know if you are authentic and not in it for selfish reasons.
W.I.F.M: At the end of the day we all want to know what’s in it for me. Get your team to identify how they are going to be rewarded in helping you. Highlight the benefits to your mission. Will they be more fulfilled, confident, health? Paint the picture for them of how it will benefit them and they will invest their time and effort on your journey for success.
Keep your dream team on track by engaging and connecting with their emotions, consistency in doing what you say your going to do and fulfill their lives with the promised benefits. Success is lonely if you go for it alone. You need your dream team to fulfill your mission, show your gratitude to them and they will enjoy the journey toward success with you.
Stop The Insanity
by Elizabeth Sanchez on 03/24/13
Why put off what can be done today? Many of us suffer from the same problem ~ Procrastination! It’s like a dead weight holding you in stalemate position. You’re frustrated because success is not coming fast enough achieving your dream life. You want to feel accomplished but you keep putting off projects that need to get done in order to gain access to the opportunities that are waiting for you.
Procrastination creates chaos in your life by robbing you of feeling accomplished replacing them with anger, frustration and stress. Thoughts of what needs to get done pop up in your head stressing you out wondering when it will all get done. It causes self-defeating thoughts battering you for waiting until the last minute to get things done.
Imagine the feeling of attending a really important meeting totally prepared with the proper presentation and supporting documents several days before the meeting rather than staying up all night preparing to then have your printer run out of ink in the middle of printing your presentation. If you focus on how you want to feel walking into the presentation chances are you will be sure to tackle your project head on with confidence and clarity setting the intention to get it all done ahead of schedule. When you feel good about what you have accomplished you do more on your “to do” list.
Plan to succeed with the following steps;
1) Create Systems: What causes most small business to go out of business is a lack of systems. Flying by the seat of their pants is not going to work for to long before it catches up to you. It’s just not sustainable. Create systems for every aspect of your business in every department. You will show up prepared and positioned as the professional that you want your customers to view you.
2) Schedule a Focus Day: Build a day or chunk out time to have a creative day where you tackle your “to do” list. Turn off the phone, email and close the office door. Do your best to eliminate the distractions that may cause you to get swayed from your project. Start the day prepared with a list of projects that you want to accomplish and anything you need to make sure it gets done. When the day is over you will feel amazing, confident and calm full of clarity.
3) Use a Timer: Understandably we all can’t carve a day out of our schedule for a focus day, but we can all work in clips of 30 minutes of time. Can you imagine if you knew that all you had was 30 minutes to work on a project without distractions how much you would get completed. Next time you have a big project get out the timer and work with complete focus. Celebrate yourself for what you have gotten done.
Next time you have that overwhelmed feeling of frustration stop and follow these steps to get you back on track focused and full of intention ready to show up prepared.
Forgive when someone has done you wrong
by Elizabeth Sanchez on 03/17/13
It’s happened to all of us. We have been in situations that we didn’t like what someone said or how they treated you. Chances are likely you have been the person who may have done someone wrong. The bottom line is that we all have room for improvement. I like to think we are individuals who work on getting better than we where yesterday. When we focus on ourselves getting better we show up in the world more confident, understanding and forgiving of others who lack grace.
There is no space in your life to waste time on being angry, frustrated, let down and full of hate. When we walk around with these feelings it takes from us emotionally. It weighs on your mind heavily and may even cause you to act in such a way that doesn’t reveal your best qualities. When we have thoughts of caring, love and understanding it adds more positive emotions to your life. Resulting in happiness, which we all could use a little more of these days. Chances are likely with forgiveness and understanding we would allow and attract good things into our lives.
You are probably resisting the thought of forgiving someone’s act or unkindness because they didn’t verbally tell you how sorry they are begging you for forgiveness. I am not asking to like the act of what happened to you, I am just asking you to choose a more positive way to look at the situation so you can heal from the act of unkindness allowing you to be free to live your best life.
Follow these steps to increase your vibration to attract a more positive outcome in the way you handle the situation or any future encounters with unkind acts so you can live a more fulfilled happy life.
1) Let Go: Negative thoughts and emotions are not serving you anything good. They’re emotionally taking from you. Find a way to see forgiveness. Even if the person never apologizes to you, see that they would not have done you wrong if there hearts where filled with happiness.
2) Turn the Negative into a Positive: What good came out of the situation? Every encounter comes with a message, lesson or a test. It’s up to you to figure out what you could take away and learn for this event.
3) Serve Love: Most times when someone does or says something to hurt you they are not coming from a place of love. Often times they are in an unhealthy relationship with a spouse or internally that is causing them to make poor choices and act out with haste. Send virtual thoughts of love to help heal them. It’s obviously someone robed from their “love bank” leading them to become so negative. Offering this virtual love will help them heal as well as serve you with positive feelings knowing you can help.
Keep in mind, most times when someone does you wrong it has nothing to do with you but has everything to do with the person doing the act of unkindness. If they felt confident inside they would not be incline to hurt you or anyone else. Protect yourself from people like this just by loving yourself more within. You are a special individual who deserves to be treated as such and nothing less. Stand in your power and live your life in magnificence.
